Profile management
I take over your profiles end to end: posts, stories, comments, DMs, a tidy bio and highlights. You handle the guests, I handle the feed.
I'm Eva, a social media manager who helps small local businesses tell their story in a way people actually remember. From strategy to the last reel, caption and DM reply. No agency jargon, plenty of human warmth.
You cook, cut, bake and host. I make sure the world sees it.
I take over your profiles end to end: posts, stories, comments, DMs, a tidy bio and highlights. You handle the guests, I handle the feed.
A monthly content calendar with a purpose: what we post, when, why and what it should achieve. No posting in the dark.
On-location filming, editing, the right sounds, hooks and trends that aren't burnt out yet. Vertical video people actually finish, plus memes they forward to a friend.
Written in your voice: relaxed, local, free of marketing clichés. With a clear call to action and hashtags that actually work locally.
A consistent palette, story templates, photo editing and a feed that says who you are before anyone reads the bio.
Replying to comments and messages, giveaways and a monthly report you can read without a spreadsheet.
I set up and run your Google Business Profile: photos, description, categories, opening hours and posts. I reply to reviews, including the less friendly ones. When someone types 'near me', they choose from the map, not from a feed.
Ask about your Google Business ProfileI love working with local brands where there's a real person behind everything, and where one good post genuinely brings people through the door.
Your industry isn't on the list? No problem. Drop me a line, your story is probably even more interesting. ✨
A free 20-minute call. Tell me about your business, I'll tell you what I'd do.
A profile audit, your brand voice, goals and the first month's content calendar.
I film, edit, write, publish and reply. You just approve, or not even that.
Every month we look at what worked, and next month we do more of it.
You won't get a template that fifteen other businesses already got. Before I post anything, I learn how you speak, who your guests are, and what makes you different from those two similar places down the street.
I work with only a handful of clients at a time, because each one deserves to feel like the only one.
Three starting points, none of them set in stone. Everything gets tailored to your business and budget.
For those just lighting the spark and curious to see what happens.
For brands ready to grow seriously and show up consistently.
For those who want to be talked about every day, not once a week.
No website yet? For my ongoing clients I also build a simple one-page site. Just ask.
You don't need a monthly retainer, just an honest second opinion? I personally review your profiles and your Google Business Profile and send you concrete suggestions: what already works, what is holding you back and what to post next.
You'll usually notice movement in reach and views within the first month. For steady community growth and regular bookings or enquiries, plan on three to six months of consistent posting. Social media rewards persistence, not one-off pushes.
However we agree. Most often you film: you get a simple shot list, what to film, how, and for how many seconds, you shoot it on your phone, and I turn it into a reel with a hook, subtitles and sound. That is a few minutes a week on your side. We can also agree that I come and film it myself; we sort that out as we go, depending on what your content needs. If no footage arrives in a given month, the posts are built from photos and graphics.
Perfectly fine. One well-run platform beats five neglected ones. We look at where your customers actually are first, and only then consider expanding to TikTok, Facebook or LinkedIn.
Everything by agreement: a monthly retainer or a one-off project. I recommend at least three months so the content gains momentum, but there's no long-term lock-in. If it's not working, we part ways with no hard feelings.
English, Slovenian, Croatian, Serbian and Bosnian. For hotels, apartments and tourism experiences that usually means posting in two languages: Slovenian for local guests and English for everyone else. If a good share of your visitors comes from the region, posts in Croatian, Serbian or Bosnian tend to land better than English. That combination is exactly what tourism-driven businesses usually need.
No, I don't need them for the work. On Instagram and Facebook you add me as a manager through Meta Business Suite, on TikTok through your business account settings. Your passwords stay with you, I only get working access, and you can remove it with a single click at any time. That way the profile always stays yours, even if one day you decide to work with someone else.
With me it starts at €390 a month for the Starter Spark package, from €690 for Growth Boost and from €990 for Viral Vibe. The price depends on how much original content gets made each month, not on the number of platforms: the same reel on Instagram and TikTok is not double the work. All prices are final, no VAT is added. If none of the packages fits, we build your own.
Makes sure your profile is not left to chance. That means strategy (what to post and why), content (photos, reels, captions), publishing on a schedule, replying to comments and messages, and a monthly report on what worked. With me one person does all of it, and you have one number and one WhatsApp.
An agency has more people and more clients at once, so it often works from templates, and you talk to an account manager rather than to the person who actually writes and films. A freelance social media manager takes fewer clients and knows your business better, but has limited capacity and does occasionally go on holiday. For a small local business, in my experience it matters more that someone understands your town and your guests than that the team is big.
For a small business two to three posts a week is plenty, as long as they are good, with stories in between. Consistency beats frequency: two posts every week is better than ten in one week and then a month of silence. The algorithm rewards rhythm, and people remember whoever is reliably there.
Not necessarily. TikTok pays off when you have something to show in motion: a kitchen, a workshop, an experience, people at work. If you sell mostly locally and your customers are largely over 45, it is often smarter to put everything into Instagram and Facebook. The same vertical video can travel to both anyway, so TikTok rarely adds much work once the content already exists.
Yes, worldwide. Social media management happens online, so where you are makes very little difference: you send me your photos and footage, and I take care of the strategy, the editing, the writing and the publishing. And if you are based abroad but want to reach Slovenian customers, I can help with that too, because I know the market and write the language.
Yes. For a small local business the Google listing is often more important than Instagram: when someone types 'near me', they choose from the map. I sort out the photos, description, categories and opening hours, add posts and reply to reviews. Starter Spark includes a one-off set-up, while Growth Boost and Viral Vibe include ongoing management.
No brief, no logo in ten formats, no ready-made ideas needed. Just tell me what you do and what you'd like to achieve. I'll take it from there. I reply within 24 hours, promise.
